The promoter of this competition is Animal Direct Group NZ Limited (ADG) (“the Promoter”).
2. Competition Period
The competition opens on 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 31 January 2027 (New Zealand time) (“the Competition Period”).
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to businesses located in New Zealand that place an eligible order with ADG during the Competition Period.
The competition is not open to businesses located outside New Zealand.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, eligible businesses must place an order with ADG during the Competition Period, either through the ADG online store or directly through the ADG sales team.
There is no minimum spend required to qualify for an entry.
Each eligible order placed during the Competition Period counts as one entry. Multiple eligible orders placed by the same business will each count as a separate entry.
5. Eligible Orders
Orders must be placed during the Competition Period to qualify for entry.
Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible for entry.
Unpaid orders are also not eligible, except where payment is pending because the product is on backorder or has not yet been shipped by ADG.
ADG reserves the right to verify the eligibility of orders and entries before conducting the draw.
6. Prize
One winner will receive a Class B – 23 Litre Autoclave with LCD Screen, valued at NZ$7,240.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be exchanged for another product or its monetary equivalent.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 10 February 2027. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via email using the contact details associated with their order. The Promoter will arrange shipping of the prize with the winning business. The winner must respond to the Promoter's email to confirm acceptance of the prize and arrange delivery.
9. General Conditions
ADG reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to select an alternative winner.
ADG reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where required by law or where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter's privacy policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
